Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan, whose real name was Dequantes Devontay Lamar, passed away at his home on September 5 at the age of 34.
According to the police report, Lamar’s girlfriend, Amber Williams, said she woke up and noticed Lamar wasn’t in the bedroom. She found him sleeping on the couch and then left to take her son to school.
When Williams returned home, she took a nap and woke up around 11 a.m. to check on Lamar. Upon touching him, she realized his body was cold and immediately called 911.
TMZ released the 911 call from the day Lamar passed, where Williams explained that she found his unresponsive body on the couch.

As a center fielder and leadoff hitter, he started playing varsity baseball in his freshman year and even received a scholarship offer to Fort Valley State University.
