  • 10 A.M.: Parade (Line up at 9:30 A.M.)
  • 7 P.M.: Horse Show (Entries end at 6:30 P.M.)

Monday, August 26

  • 12 P.M. – 7 P.M.: Check-in for all building exhibits (except flowers, plants, and baked goods).

Tuesday, August 27

  • 9 A.M. – 11 A.M.: Check-in flowers, plants, baked goods, and other building exhibits.
  • 12 P.M. – 6 P.M.: Check-in and weigh in all livestock (rabbits, poultry, cattle, goats, swine, sheep). All livestock must be in place by 6 P.M.

  • 6:30 P.M.: Cornhole Tournament (Sign up at 6 P.M., $10 entry fee, 6 games, 2 classes: backyard & competitive)

Thursday, August 29

  • 9 A.M.: Breeding & Commercial Show (Swine, Cattle, Lambs, Goats, Dairy Goats, Dairy Cattle) followed by Dairy Showmanship
  • 5 P.M.: Tiny Miss, Little Miss, Princess, and Cowboy Pageant (Under the pavilion)
  • 6 P.M.: Premium Auction (Livestock arena)
  • 7:30 P.M. – 9:30 P.M.: Entertainment: Cliff & Susan

Friday, August 30

  • 2 P.M.: Livestock/Poultry Judging
  • 5 P.M.: Petite Miss, Pre Teen, Miss, Elite Miss, and Sr Miss Pageant (Under the pavilion)
  • 7 P.M. – 9 P.M.: Entertainment – Whistlin Dixie

Saturday, August 31

  • 9 A.M.: 4H Pullet Auction (Livestock barn, open to the public)
  • 10 A.M.: Pet Show (Livestock arena)
  • 10 A.M.: Jr Queen and Sr Queen Pageant (Under the pavilion)
  • 11 A.M.: Lunch/Agrithon (In the barn)
  • 3 P.M.: Abilities Awareness Pageant (School Aged, Teen, and Adult) (Under the pavilion)
