Priority Categories:
Priority 1:
- Chronically homeless households
- Families with minor children who are homeless
- Those fleeing violence or trafficking
- Families in a Rapid Re-housing (RRH) program that qualifies under federal Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) rules
Priority 2:- Any household currently homeless
Priority 3:- Households not fitting the above priorities but meet other HUD eligibility criteria, including at-risk households.
