AIIMS NORCET 7 Admit Card 2024 Instructions
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi will release important information regarding the NORCET 7 exam, such as the date of admit card upload and other details, on their official website, www.aiimsexams.ac.in. Candidates are advised to regularly check the website for updates. Admit cards will not be sent by post, so candidates must download them directly from the AIIMS website.
On the day of the exam, candidates must bring a printed copy of their downloaded admit card to the examination center. They are required to hand over the admit card to the invigilator after completing the exam. Without the admit card, candidates’ performance in the exam will not be considered.
NORCET 7 Exam Schemes 2024
Stage I: NORCET Preliminary Examination
- The first stage of the NORCET is the Preliminary Exam. Only those who qualify in this stage will be allowed to take the Stage II: NORCET Main exam.
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Questions: 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) worth 100 marks
- 20 MCQs on General Knowledge & Aptitude
- 80 MCQs from Nursing course syllabus
- Negative marking: 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
Qualifying marks:
- 50 percentile for UR/EWS candidates
- 45 percentile for OBC candidates
- 40 percentile for SC/ST candidates
Stage II: NORCET Main Examination
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Questions: 100 MCQs worth 100 marks, focusing on Nursing course syllabus and case-based scenarios to test nursing skills.
- Negative marking: 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
Qualifying marks:
- 50% for UR/EWS candidates
- 45% for OBC candidates
- 40% for SC/ST candidates
